Freshta runs day-to-day operations at Safi IT Consulting. She is the team member who keeps engagements on track — managing schedules across multiple concurrent projects, surfacing blockers before they escalate, and making sure every client gets the response they were promised within the timeline they were promised.
Her background in operations and project coordination is the connective tissue between our engineering work and the business outcomes our clients hire us to achieve. If a project ships on time and within scope, Freshta is a large part of why.
